Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness offers us the opportunity to step out of automatic pilot and, instead, experience the 'now'. Being 'in the now' means not being stuck in past guilt or trauma, or in anxiety about the future. Mindfulness is living in the present moment, as each moment happens.
Meditation is an important aspect of mindfulness practice and is used to settle the mind, anchor us in the present moment and raise our awareness.
The mindfulness approaches I use include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), guided mindful enquiry and also includes the very latest research into neuroplasticity.

Hello,
After practicing mindfulness meditation and witnessing it's transformative effects, I was inspired to become a mindfulness teacher.
I feel it is important to share positivity in the world and it is my sincere belief that everyone can benefit from living with the nine attitudes of mindfulness: beginner's mind, non-judging, acceptance, letting go, trust, patience, non-striving, gratitude and generosity.
I believe everyone deserves time to grow in confidence with clarity and calm.
